It's been a while I'm not posting in this blog. I was busy with life and mostly I'm talking about my life on my personal blog here. I've notice that some trend has shifted and right now the "It" trend I saw on public space, Pinterest and magazine is that they covering about a tropical pattern. I saw lots palm trees, Monstera leaves, a bit pineapple, banana leaves here and there, you name the rest of it.
Well, without further ado, I'm giving you some inspiration on what to do if you want to have a tropical vibe to your home. Here you go:

The contrast between baby pink and green color are very pretty if you like a very feminine approach. You could matched the wallpaper with a white furniture and it will be stunning, or like in the photo, put some gold gilded furniture, it's stunning!
If you don't like a repetition, a whole scene of a tropical island on your wall doesn't hurt. It could be a mural or wallpaper. The modern light bulb chandelier made the whole scene really chic.
Who doesn't love a pineapple? as a fruit or on your wall. This minimalistic pattern with white as the base are simple and you could have a different paired furniture and your room would still look amazing.

Don't get intimidated by an overwhelming pattern, you could have a tropical pattern on one side and using another pattern on your floor. I like to leave the furniture plain and simple. Let all the pattern get the spotlight.
A little touch goes a long way. You don't need to put a tropical pattern on the wall. Put the pattern on your pillow cases or the bed set could be adding a fresh vibe to the room.
Sometimes we think a tropical pattern only paired well with a modern or wooden natural style furniture. But here we have a very modern pattern and they paired it with a classic ornamental bed frame. Very gorgeous and romantic.
One of my favorite flowers is Lotus. This lotus pattern is very pretty and yet giving a very personal touch into the room.

This one is not your particular and literal pineapple, it's more a classic rendition of pineapple. It gives your room an elegant element while still using an essence of tropical pattern.
So which one of the pattern do you like the most?
What do you think of the tropical trend?
